Starting in the spring of 2026, I will once again be a grad student, working on an M.S. in Biology at Bemidji State University.
Biology, once thought to outside the interdisciplinary matrix of Cognitive Science has in recent years become arguably one of the most important cognitive sciences, due to its focus on living systems and conceptual models that emphasize dynamic feedback, organismal development, and evolutionary change. My research interests in Biology are an extension of my research interests within Cognitive Science more broadly: (a) the nature of agency and (b) organisms as contingent systems within their respective environments. |
