I am currently teaching philosophy courses at various colleges in Minnesota while looking for a permanent faculty appointment. I received my Ph.D. in Cognitive Science and M.A. in Philosophy from the University of Minnesota — Twin Cities, after completing a B.A. in Philosophy and Arabic Language from the University of Wisconsin — Milwaukee.

My research is primarily focused on the relationship between the philosophy of classical pragmatism and embodied cognitive science, especially as they together inform our conceptions of truth, language, and logic, as well as their functional roles within cognition. Further interests include: free will, rationality, A.I., agency, organismal biology, and various issues in Philosophy of Science. I would also love to collaborate with cognitive scientists from other disciplines on articles or in a lab setting.

My dissertation, The Nature of Human Truths (2024), expounds on the thought of the classical Pragmatist, F.C.S. Schiller (d. 1937), and defends a pragmatic, perspectival theory of truth for the cognitive domain, contra the thesis of Stich (read it here).
